ProceduralSky.com offers standard commercial licenses for individual works and bundles, and—where listed—an outright exclusive-rights purchase comparable to a full buyout of our distribution rights in a given work (subject to the agreement and applicable law).

• Standard commercial license — perpetual commercial use for still and motion, subject to restrictions (not a copyright assignment).
• Exclusive rights (outright purchase) — assignment of Licensor’s rights in the work, capture date, and grandfathering for prior commercial licensees.
• Terms of use — site terms and pointers to the license documents.
