1. The service
ProceduralSky.com is operated by Gopex LLC (company site). The site markets and delivers digital environment and related assets.
2. License to you
When you buy a product, your rights are defined by the license you select at checkout. Refund and return rules are described separately in the Refunds & returns policy.
License types:
- Standard commercial license: default commercial use of the Work.
- Exclusive rights (outright purchase): where offered, conveys Licensor’s rights in the Work to you, subject to grandfathering of prior standard licensees.

3. Accounts, checkout, and records
Checkout may be processed by Stripe. Receipts and timestamps are used to verify purchase date for grandfathering and support. Keep copies of your receipts.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute files except as your license allows.
5. Privacy
Publish a privacy policy before collecting personal data in production. Cookie notices should match your analytics and marketing stack.
6. Changes
Licensor may update these terms and license documents for future transactions. Continued use of the site after notice may constitute acceptance of non-license changes (e.g. browsing terms).
